Everything to confirm, from brief to boarding.
Three short lists cover the whole path: what to send before you book, what to get in writing the week before, and what to bring on the day itself. Print this page or save it before you go.
Before you book.
- Date - your preferred day, plus a flexible backup date.
- Real group size - the actual headcount, not a placeholder.
- Occasion - birthday, bachelorette, corporate, family day, sunset, proposal, or just a day on the water.
- Duration - 4, 6, or 8 hours, or a longer custom request.
- Route mood - Biscayne Bay, a sandbar stop, Star Island, or a skyline sunset.
The week before.
- Vessel confirmed for your date.
- Timing confirmed - boarding time and how the window runs.
- Boarding details confirmed - where and when to arrive.
- Requested add-ons confirmed - catering, decor, music, photo, water toys, or transfers, whatever you asked for.
- What the confirmed brief covers for your vessel and date.
On the day.
- Light, breathable layers - it feels warmer at anchor and cooler once the boat is moving.
- Sun protection that lasts the full day.
- A swimsuit under your outfit, if the day has a swim stop.
- Soft-soled sandals or flats you can slip off - many Miami yachts ask guests to remove hard-soled shoes on deck.
- Valid ID - every charter is captained and crewed, so no boating license is needed.
For the longer version of this list: what to wear on a Miami yacht charter and what to bring.
