Sun is the one thing people underestimate. A quick read of the public EPA sun-safety guidance is a good reminder for a full afternoon on open water. Treat it as general orientation, not a Luxx instruction.

What to leave to the brief.

You do not need to solve food, drinks, decor, or music yourself. Those are requests Luxx confirms for the vessel and date; open the matching file in the experiences catalogue and add the note. Whether specific items are provided on board is confirmed directly rather than promised on a public page.

If the plan is still loose.

A flexible brief is fine. Send the date, group size, and route mood, and read the booking and policies page for the questions worth confirming in writing. Group size is the first filter, and each vessel has a U.S. Coast Guard-set guest capacity.

The honest limitation.

This file covers what you can plan yourself. It cannot confirm a vessel rule, a provided item, or a boarding detail for a date Luxx has not seen. Send the brief and Luxx will confirm the rest.
